Overland is a full-service interior finish-out general contracting firm serving the Dallas/Ft Worth area. We are focused on creating a space that the tenant is excited to call home, at the lowest possible cost in the least amount of time.
Projects range from adding or deleting a single office to first generation buildout of new buildings. We have completed projects in most industries including: healthcare, office, flex/warehouse, retail, and a variety of specialty facilities. We shop the market of specialty trades to find the right size partner that can deliver the skill and resources at a competitive cost for each unique job. We then coordinate trades, find solutions to design and communicaton gaps, guide where necessary, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the 1 week to 6 month construction period. |
