Overland was founded in 2009 and led by Matt Brady, a 40-year veteran of the interior finish-out construction industry. With a desire to rebalance life, Robert Hill, and soon after, his son Justin joined the firm to lead and continue serving some of the most prominent N. Dallas developers and investors. Today, Overland is a Hill family business led by Robert, Justin and Karen.
